Protecting the Integrity of the Probate Process
The Probate Integrity Alliance is a national association dedicated to safeguarding the probate system so that every rightful heir is identified, represented, and treated fairly.
Probate plays a critical role in ensuring that property is transferred lawfully and justly after death. Yet too often, rightful heirs are difficult to locate, lack access to information, or face barriers that prevent them from claiming what is legally theirs. The Probate Integrity Alliance exists to promote a probate process grounded in accuracy, transparency, and ethical practice—one that works as intended for families, courts, and the public.
Accuracy & Fairness
Probate works best when heirship is determined completely and correctly. Careful verification protects estates, courts, and families.
Access for All
Rightful heirs should not be excluded because they lack resources or legal knowledge. Fair access strengthens trust in the probate process.
Ethics & Integrity
Ethical practices and clear standards support timely resolution and reinforce public confidence in estate administration.
